Blue Oceans Counselling I offer one to one or group therapy. I am a clinical supervisor I work with a wide range of issues.
I offer short term and long term therapy. Enabling people to become conscious of patterns and behaviours that may be causing them anxieties or stress. I offer short term therapy enabling people to create goals and ways to reach them.

I have worked with various companies, GP and agencies alongside private work. I have worked with a range of issues from anxieties to depression and Trauma and more. I am able to offer one to one or group therapy.I am able to offer face to face therapy. ( Due to the pandemic this is not available ) I am presently working on Zoom or phone therapy

I am an Integrative psychotherapist offering you a safe non judgemental space that upholds confidentiality to explore your difficulties .
Relationship Counselling
I offer Relationship or couples therapy With a systemic approach to enable couples to reach a deeper understanding of each other and enhance their communication skills.
Young people
I work with young people and have a lot of experience in this area .I keep up to date on safeguarding and I have a DBS for working with children and young people .
Trauma & Abuse. PTSD
I have done a lot of training in this area. I have worked and had a lot experience working with the effects of abuse that traumatises someone and leaves them with experiencing heightened anxieties, depression, dissociation & PTSD I have done training in CBT Trauma Focused therapy
Clinical Supervision
I can offer Clinical Supervision for therapists . I am an Integrative Supervisor working from the following models: Inskip & Proctor, Hawkins & Shohet & Page & Wosket model. My training enables me to offer Clinical Supervision to other professions and work places. I am able to offer one to one or group supervision
